If you're seeing an error message when you attempt to log in from maker.me/login, try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies before logging in again.
2. Someone changed my password
If you can't log in because you think someone may have changed your password without your knowledge, visit the I forgot my password page. After you update your password, your previous password will become invalid, preserving your site's security.
3. I didn't receive a password reset email
After you follow the steps to reset your password, we'll send you an email with a password reset link using the email address you used to create your account.
If you didn't receive this email, try checking your email's Span or Junk folders.
If you can't find the email in those folders, try adding [email protected] to your email account's whitelist.
If these steps don't resolve the issue, you may have entered the wrong email address when you created your account. This is usually the result of a spelling mistake or typo. Solutions to this problem can be found in step 5.
4. I forgot my email address
If you're receiving an "Invalid email address" error when attempting to log in, check the email address box on the login screen for any typos. Then try any other email address you may have used to create your account. If you still can't log in, contact us at [email protected] and we can help you troubleshoot.
5. I think I entered my email address incorrectly
If you think you entered your email address incorrectly when you set-up your account (for example, if you suspect that you made a typo or spelling mistake), we can help.
If you don't know the exact email address you entered, contact us at [email protected] and an Advisor will reply with instructions on logging in and updating your email address.
If you remember the incorrect email address and can log in with it, we recommend updating your email address right away.
