In 1994, I launched ASTRO Studios of California as a pure design driven culture where I could collaborate with others to blend design skills, innovative technologies, and lifestyle influences into supercharged products and brands. I am often involved in multi-dimensional projects that define popular culture and improve the human experience.
ASTRO’s blockbusters include work for Nike, Microsoft, and a range of industry defining projects for clients like HP, Alienware, Nixon, Boxee, Herman Miller, Sol Republic, P&G, Intel, Virgin, Nvidia, etc. ASTRO and I have also won numerous international design awards, including 2 BusinessWeek/IDSA Design of the Decade Awards.
In 2006, I also spun-off ASTRO Gaming as a hi-performance video gaming brand, that in 2011 achieved #13 on the INC. 500 fastest growing companies list, then was acquired by Skullcandy.
I continue to start fires at both ASTRO’s and sporadically blog, tweet and speak about design.
